1.      Seller/Seller mandate issue Full Corporate Offer with complete product specifications, procedures and prices.
2.      Buyers send back FCO (Full Corporate Offer) signed and sealed to seller as acceptance of it.
3.      Seller send Draft SPA to buyer review, amend and signed seal if proceed.
4.      Buyer issues BG (Bank Guarantee) of amount value of $ xx, xxx, **0.*0 USD (1 month average), bank to bank, validity of contract   Period or SBLC.
5.      Seller issues a 2% of Performance Bond
6.      Upon verification of the agreed payments instruments by the seller, seller shall arrange the product to be delivered within

7.      After successfully SGS report of quantity and quality, on loading port, Buyers pays through TT (MT**3) for the total amount of delivered quantity accordingly to the report.
